OUR STORY

Born in 2007, Indian Pink was curated out of their love and appreciation for textiles, the different cultures they aspire from, the process, the quality, the story … and the history. Every pillow cushion is made with love and respect in California.

Indian Pink is a husband and wife team. Tamara, a native of Manhattan Beach, California, schooled in Boston and Paris, had the travel bug early.  Later going on to become a flight attendant, gave her access to source fabric from all over the world. She is a lover of family, friends, travel and art ... beach girl forever! JP, Jean-Philippe, was born in New York City, raised in Port Au Prince, Haiti …  a true Caribbean boy! He is passionate for color, design, music, food and family. The couple met in college in Boston, moved to New York City to explore their creative juices and later to Arizona to pursue a restaurant endeavor. They now reside in Montecito with their three children … Phoebe, Maxi and Gabby.
